Our Story
Wagga Wagga Buyers Agency was founded in 2014 by Mark Sullivan after more than a decade working in Riverina real estate. Mark watched too many buyers in regional NSW get burned by poor advice, pushy selling agents and a lack of independent representation. He saw families overpay for homes they could've bought for less. He saw investors chase the wrong suburbs because no one gave them honest, local data.
So he started this agency with a simple idea. Buyers deserve someone in their corner. Someone who actually lives here, knows the market cold and has no reason to push a particular property. That idea still drives everything we do today.
Over the past 12 years we've helped hundreds of buyers across Wagga Wagga and the wider Riverina. From first home buyers navigating the process for the first time to seasoned investors building regional portfolios, we bring the same level of care and local insight to every client.

Principal Buyers AgentMark's spent over 15 years in Riverina property. He started his career as a selling agent before realising he wanted to help buyers instead. He founded Wagga Wagga Buyers Agency in 2014 and has personally negotiated more than 300 property purchases across the region. Mark is a licensed real estate agent with NSW Fair Trading and a proud member of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA).
Sarah Chen
Investment SpecialistSarah joined the team in 2017 after a successful career as a financial planner. She brings a numbers-first approach to property investment, helping clients assess yields, growth corridors and long-term portfolio strategy. Sarah specialises in investment-grade properties across Wagga Wagga and surrounding towns like Junee, Tumut and Griffith. Her background in finance means she speaks the same language as your accountant and mortgage broker.
Tom Bradley
